Eit informasjonspunkt er ein stad der kommunen kan gi informasjon til innbyggjarane når mobilnett eller internett ikkje fungerer.

  • få oppdatert informasjon om situasjonen lokalt
  • få informasjon om tenestene i kommunen og andre forhold som berører innbyggjarane
  • få hjelp til å formidle viktige førespurnader vidare til nødetatar

Viktig å vite

Informasjonspunktet erstattar ikkje eigenberedskap. Alle som kan, bør vere førebudde på å klare seg sjølv i éi veke. Då kan kommunen og nødetatane prioritere dei som treng mest hjelp.

What is an information point?
An information point is a location where the municipality can provide information to residents when the mobile network or internet is down.

What can you get help with?

  • Receive updated information about the local situation
  • Receive information regarding municipal services and other matters affecting residents
  • Get assistance with forwarding urgent requests to emergency services

Important to know
The information point does not replace personal preparedness. Everyone who is able to should be prepared to manage on their own for one week. This allows the municipality and emergency services to prioritize those who need help the most.
